DW-Expansion was founded in Dortmund on April 7, 2015, by its owner, Dominik Waloszczyk. Initially designed to assist fashion labels with their expansion efforts, our portfolio has grown over the years to encompass a wide range of industries. As our activities evolved, we now not only guide brands through their growth phases but also support investors in the areas of leasing, renovation, and acquisition of properties in Germany. We focus on identifying ideal locations and offering comprehensive management for expansion projects, helping to turn your visions into successful realities.

As founder and owner of DW-Expansion, Dominik Waloszczyk possesses comprehensive expertise in corporate strategic expansion. His background features leadership positions including buyer, product manager, and department head within a prestigious sports company, along with roles as an Area & Expansion Manager for leading fashion firms. Drawing on this profound market understanding, he currently assists businesses in strategic location scouting and the successful execution of expansion projects, both domestically and internationally.
